At 3:40 pm, a line of storms extended from just north of Montgomery east to about Opelika. Moving south.
Further south. thunderstorms weakened over Bullock County enough so that NWS let the Severe Thunderstorm Warning expire at the scheduled 3:30 time.
DAMAGE REPORTS
* Police in Macon County report a few trees down and blocking the roadway near Fort Davis.
* In Bullock County, police report numerous trees uprooted across the north part of Bullock County generally from Union Springs southward.
