BMX issues Tornado Warning for Pickens [AL] till 10:15 PM CST …* AT 950 PM CST…THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ETHELSVILLE…MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
This is a separate circulation, different than the one about to move into Tuscaloosa County.
The eastern storm is about to cross US-82 near the Sipsey River. The circulation is not as distinct, but this storm still has a high potential of producing a tornado.
