…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CULLMAN AND SOUTHERN MORGAN
COUNTIES UNTIL 200 AM CDT…
At 113 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a couple of strong
thunderstorms in the advisory area. The strongest cell was located
11 miles east of Falkville, or 12 miles west of Arab. Another strong
storm was located 3 miles west of Falkville. Both storms were moving
southeast at 30 mph.
Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Cullman, Hartselle, Hanceville, Good Hope, Falkville, Holly Pond,
Dodge City, Baldwin, Vinemont and Baileyton.
