At 354 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Abernathy, or 11 miles east of Heflin, moving northeast at 20 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Ranburne, Fruithurst, Edwardsville, Muscadine, Abernathy, Mars Hills
and I 20 Welcome Center.
