At 914 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Blount Springs to Barber Motorsports Park
to near Centreville. Movement was east at 40 mph.
Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Alabaster, Bessemer, Homewood,
Pelham, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Helena, Talladega, Gardendale,
Sylacauga, Pell City, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Calera, Fairfield and
