My husband and our son were driving back to Amarillo from Fort Worth yesterday afternoon/evening and had a bit of an exciting drive near the town of Claude.
First photo taken by my husband with his cell phone. When the tornado became large (as in the next photo) he was too focussed on getting away (100mph) to be a photographer. Second amazing photo was obviously taken by someone not in a moving vehicle.
By the way, we live in Bushland, TX and had a tornado touochdown 3 miles north of our home Tuesday as well. Open field, no damage.
Praying that you guys don’t have any deadly storms tomorrow.”
