Here is an image off the Central Great Lakes sector of the regional radar from the National Weather Service showing two mesoscale convective systems (MCSs) moving through the area – one moving through Illinois into Indiana and the second moving through eastern Kentucky and southwestern West Virginia. I did not get a speed of movement the the annotated arrows show the approximate direction of travel.

All the warnings and watches, primarily for severe thunderstorms, are cluster in these two areas.
