At 10:15 am, most of the showers were over the north third of Alabama. There was a moderate to heavy shower also over Central Shelby County.
Way down south, numerous showers were moving onshore into coastal Alabama and NW Florida. Some were heavy especially just offshore. Remember, Pensacola received almost 15 inches of rain in the last event.
It was pouring rain also along parts of the Mississippi-Louisiana Coast.
