The NWS has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Cullman and Marshall Counties. It goes until 115 pm. Another warning has been issued for northern Blount County until 130 p.m.
Severe thunderstorm indicated in the Fairview, Holly Pond and Baileyton areas of NE Cullman County moving east toward Arab, Guntersville and Albertville.
At 1:10 p.m., tree and powerlines were reported down blocking Page Springs Rd. south southwest of Blountsville.
This storm will get into northern Etowah County as well but a severe thunderstorm warning is not being issued.
High potential for damaging winds.
Storms trail back to the southwest across southwestern Cullman, Walker and into Fayette Counties. They are just into northern Jefferson County near Warrior.
