No Weather Xtreme weather video today due to the Southeast Severe Storms Symposium at Mississippi State University… but some quick notes on the Alabama weather situation:
*This will be our warmest weekend so far in 2007. Highs in the mid 80s, not far from record levels. The record high today is 89 (set in 1929), and tomorrow’s record high is 88 (from 1907). I doubt if it will be that warm, but we will be close.
*Still no sign of any significant rain event through the end of March. Our rain deficit since January 1 is up to 7.65″.
We will get back to the regular schedule tomorrow; we will be leaving Starkville tonight. Enjoy the warm weekend!
