Thanks to Larry Joe Wates for these images… he writes:

“Storms and straightline winds ripped through Marion County, in the City of Winfield, Alabama this afternoon doing extensive damage to business downtown. The roof of the Bourland Building was torn off and projectiled through the roof of Timeless Treasures located next door, leaving a hole the size of an automobile in its roof. Debri was scattered across a parking lot and down the street for about a block.. One automobile was damaged and buried beneath the rubble. Power lines and building parts were thrown forcefully. No injuries were reported.”
